Absorption of Hyaluronic Acid.
In 2008, a scientific study was completed using radioisotope-labelled Hyaluron (also known as Hyaluronic Acid - HA). This HA was given by mouth and found in the joint fluid, cartilage and bone of beagle dogs and rats.
It appears that HA is absorbed intact through the portal circulation, lymphatic system and colon.
The absorption of large molecules into the body was shown in a 1992 study.
The 2008 study reported that from 4 hours after consumption HA was found in the joints and continued to be found in the skin, bone and joints for 24 hours.
This study reinforces the recommendation for Hyaluronic Acid to be given once a day by mouth.
Dynavyte Luronica contains non-animal and high molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid.
